They guide you through a spa and resort tour and offer local restaurant and service recommendations, daily check-ins, and session reminders.
gourmet NUTRITION
Your retreat package includes healthy gourmet meals (six meals during a three-day stay). Vibrantly flavorful dishes inspired by what’s fresh and in season are prepared for maximum nourishment that supports your retreat intentions. Additionally, each day, you will receive a fresh-pressed detox juice to help cleanse and energize your body.
